I was born into a wonderful Family :) My mom (Betty Parry Nisson) is my best friend & my greatest example, I love her with all my heart & don't think I could make it without her. She is the most amazing person I have ever met on this earth. She is kind and giving and has a wonderful sense of humor. She mountain bikes with me & seems to fear nothing. She had 9 children and has dedicated her life to them. She is my Hero.
My Dad ( Kelvin Q Nisson) is a wonderful father, a sweet story about him that has forever endeared me to the wonderful caring father he is. My mom went to lunch with my dad and told him I wanted to go on a mission & asked him if he was seeing dollar signs. $$
He replied no that when he was in the last priesthood meeting at general conference they talked about the giving tree, He said he was happy to be the Giving Tree, "I'm happy to do that for my family."
My dad is a perfect example of the giving tree, he has dedicated his life to his family. He went through medical school, & goes to work every day not for himself but for his family. He does not spend much money on himself , he does it all for his family.
I bought him a sign for Christmas that I hope he finds humor in. The sign states " Dad's wish: To have the same lifestyle as his wife and kids" I thought of my dad when I read this sign & laugh but I also think of the truth in the statement and am eternally grateful for his life that he has dedicated to his family. that benefits for the life my family and I enjoy because of his efforts.
Danny is my oldest brother and I choose not to count him as family. He was an abusive cruel person in my life that I no longer associate with. I have forgiven him for the pain he put me through but choose to no longer call him my brother.
Tommy is my older brother that just returned from a mission. We have not always gotten along but I love him with all my heart. We disagree on a few things and I can get very irritated with the way he can be so blunt but overall we have a fun brother sister relationship. I like to call him the redheaded adopted stepchild and he likes to call me Meg (from family guy) He likes to mountain bike like me and is always showing me his new gear that he gets. He looks like a little pro and is actually a pretty good rider. I went on a trip with him to Moab over the summer and he rode everything, he gave me a good challenge. I love him and hope he does well in life. I'm excited to see who he marries and wonders if he will get married before me... hmm time will tell. He is very funny and I love his witty sense of humor. Also Tom knows how to Bake and Cook!!! YUM!
Nathan is my big little brother. I used to be bigger than him but he shot up like a weed & has also gained some nice muscle that makes him my bigger brother. I'm older than him but that does not matter, haha I love this kid. Nathan is sweet boy that has a good head on him and a fun sense of humor that makes my day. He has been childhood friend and my little brother that would have my back if I needed it. Nathan also mountain bikes and is pretty good at it as well. He is a bit of a dare devil & isn't afraid of much. I <3>
Jacob is the sweetest boy I have met and it is truly a joy to have him in my life. He loves penguins and is very smart. He has very neat handwriting and is always doing the best job he can in everything he does. I'm very proud of him. He loves juice & cooking he is pretty good. I'm so proud of the choices he makes everyday. He is truly a good son of god and is a great example to me
Kristi is my only sister in a family full of boys. I feel like I have always had a bond with her. I was overjoyed when I found out the little life inside my mom was a little girl. I had prayed for a girl for years and finally my prayers had been answered. Little locks of blond curly hairwas the cutest thing I had ever seen. She was my little sister and I was her big sister. We were in this together. I love to take her shopping and do her hair. I hope I can become closer to her and send more time with her. She needs a big sister that can help her with the girly things in life. I'm not very good at them but hopefully I can pass along the few tips I have on boys, cooties, & style on to her. I love her with all my heart, she will always be my baby sister
Mathew is a hard working boy who is an absolute joy to be around. He has a smile that brings happiness to my day, his little grin is simply adorable. He has an amazing voice and a brilliant sense of humor. He has his dad's frugality instilled in him & he a very good looking boy. I love hanging out with him and watching him discover life. He is full of adventure and enjoys life the fullest already. I love watching him monkey around.
David is the sweetest cutest little guy ever! I love his little giggle and the way he loves to tease. He is so cute and sweet. His spirit is good and sweet and I can tell he is loved by his father in heaven. He is a joy to be around and he is very smart. Sometimes I try to think back to when I was at his age & remember if I was as smart as him, I don't think I was... haha, he is so sweet. I love him to death & can't wait to see what kind of little man he turns into.
Scotty is hard to put into words. He is a bundle of energy and fun. I'm never sad around the little guy. He is a little man & he has his own little swag. I love it! He is so funny and cute and set in his ways. Don't cross the little man or he will let you know what he does not like. He loves to sing and dance and enjoy life. I love him sooo much
